My goal is simple: to help people make clear, confident financial decisions that build long-term stability and freedom. Every client deserves clarity, precision, and integrity at every step of the process.
A bank is limited to its own products and guidelines. As a broker, I compare rates, programs and underwriting guidelines across a large network of wholesale lenders. On a straightforward file that means better fit and pricing. On a complicated one, it is often the difference between a yes and a no.
Clients are never handed off to a call center. They work directly with me, and I stay involved through underwriting and keep borrowers and agents informed until the loan closes.
